SYSO+

SYSO+ is part of the SYSO suite of HP Office which, based on the ISO 45.001 standard, offers a powerful and complete tool for the management of occupational health and safety in companies.

SYSO+, designed for mobile devices, allows to capture data and images in the field, access critical information, identify the user's priority activities and take actions on the spot, assigning managers and deadlines, with or without a data connection, synchronizing the information when it exists connectivity.

This tool looks for:

 Provide users with a tool that efficiently manages their information management processes.

 Increase and massify the number of users who interact in SYSO.

 Provide each user, according to their profile, the most relevant and timely information for their management.

SYSO+ currently allows:

• Manage in the field the preventive and corrective actions generated from the different SYSO modules, prioritizing them by expiration, criticality and other variables.

• Execute on-site inspections of company equipment and facilities, scheduled or not, immediately assigning the necessary actions, generating the corresponding reports and informing those involved.

• Have a parameterizable emergency number module to always know who to turn to in case of unexpected events.

• Democratize the creation of incidents to involve all workers in the risk prevention process.

• Obtain the locations of events related to incidents and inspections
